NASA/Ames Astrobiology Conference 2006

The Astrobiology Science Conference (AbSciCon) 2006 was held March 26-30, 2006 in Washington, D.C., at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (www.itcdc.com). The astrobiology community gathered at this exceptional facility that lies in the heart of Washington, just off the Mall, blocks from the White House, and with easy access to all areas of the city via the Metro. The meeting was held when the cherry blossoms (www.nationalcherryblossomfestival.org/) was at their peak at the Tidal Basin! A private evening tour and reception was scheduled at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, site of the United States meteorite collection.
Our graphics department developed the conference site one year before the event was held.
