- It's time to tell your story about 2001: A Space Odyssey. Tell the world how the film or novel inspired or affected you. From film making to model making, how did 2001 stir your emotions? Write your story in the Retrospect page, http://www.2001exhibit.org/acceptit_3/ldisplay.cgi?deluxe.
- Three changes to the website will come starting this week.
- There will be a disruption of service in the next couple days on the 2001 website as we down grade the site to a different tier on our account. This includes email. Call 1(650)344-9555 if you have any questions during our downtime.
- A domain name will be issued for January 1, 2001.
- The website will be 100% funded starting Nov. 1, 2000 through December 31, 2001 on private sponsorship. This means the site will be paid through donations to keep the site running until the expiration date, December 31, 2001. After the expiration date, the site will close indefinitely. Donations will come from the fans, corporate and Philanthropic funding. Sponsors will be posted on the site if desired.
