Stork, Wally Fields and Gary Lockwood and the KFJC "Norman Bates Memorial Soundtrack Show" "2001" special on-line soon. Exhibit News. We should be uploading QuickTime files very soon but check out exhibit coordinator, Jean Marc Deschamps first "2001" exhibition in QuickTime. http://www.2001exhibit.org/exhibits/france/exhibit5.html Gary Lockwood: We're still trying to renewal Gary's Domain Name but in the meantime, use this URL to visit his site, http://www.parthenet.com/garylock/ 2001: A Space Travesty: "2001" fan Larry Evans (Mach25Comm@aol.com ) reports to the World Tonight about a parody of "2001" that was made starring Leslie Neilson called "2001: A Space Travesty." He heard about it being made, but never anything about it actually getting released. But Larry was strolling through the TV channels a few days ago and found it playing on Comedy Central. He just wanted to warn us that this is one of the most aptly named films I have ever seen. The fact it got made is definitely a travesty! There are only a couple things that have to do with "2001" as Larry reports to the World Tonight. "An ape gets crushed under a monolith in the prologue and then Leslie flies to the Moon on a space shuttle with the Blue Danube playing. Other than that the idea is about someone cloning President Clinton and replacing him, then trying to get the real President back to Washington, D.C. It was stupid and very devoid of laughs. If anyone sees it is playing, tell him or her to run away as fast as they can!" See you next Wednesday (Frank).See you next Wednesday (Frank).
